Hong Kong is ranked as one of the freest economies and easiest places to do business in the world. Hong Kong's ability to remain a leading international financial hub since China resumed sovereignty over the city in 1997 has rested in good part on the robust independence and neutrality of its courts. Hong Kong is favored by investors for its sound legal system, simple taxation system, low tax rates, developed infrastructure and facilities.
Companies looking to either enter Hong Kong or expand worldwide via a flexible platform often choose Hong Kong to set up a legal entity. This allows them to establish their presence and expand their business according to their own objectives.
Our professional consultants are always happy to advise you how a Hong Kong company may help with your business, and how you can get started easily.
In general, the Companies Ordinance requires all Limited Companies to have at least one director and shareholder. The Companies Ordinance also requires every company to have at least one Secretary who must be a Hong Kong resident or Hong Kong incorporated company and maintain a registered office in Hong Kong.
To set up the company, we will provide our Hong Kong Company Information Sheet (you may download it from the link below) for you to conveniently fill in and provide your related documents.
The incorporation documents and resolutions will be prepared accordingly and emailed to you. They need to be signed by the shareholders and directors, and the company will then be registered in the next 7-10 working days once we receive the signed paper. If all members of the company may visit any of our offices in person with original ID to sign under witness of CPA, we may use E-registry service to set up the company in just one day.
