On 26 February 2020, Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan Mo-po, delivered the government’s 2020/2021 Budget Plan to the Legislative Council.
Amid the environment of US-China trade disputes, protests and recent corona-virus outbreak, Hong Kong is trying to adopt an optimal use of fiscal reserves and burden relief measure to stimulate the economy.
